Restructured Book. Bird Etiquette: The Tawny Owl

£125.00

Bird Etiquette. A restructured book offering tips on dealing with birds in the field.

Made from an old book, cut out and filled with figures created using paper clay I made from the pages cut out of the book. The book was destined for landfill – I hope it doesn’t mind having a new life.

Size: 13cm x 19cm x 2.5cm.

Regretfully, I do not sell my work outside of the UK.

“Tawny owls are not actually nocturnal. They are so afraid of the dark that they would rather sleep during the day and stay alert at night. When you hear one, do not put on a sheet and pretend to be a ghost. That would be rude. Instead, try reading them a soothing children’s story.”
