Shipping
Standard shipping is £5 (£2.50 for prints). If your order contains more than one item, 50p will be added for each additional item.
When you place an online order, your piece will be carefully wrapped, often made to look like a large Toblerone (please don’t be disappointed that it’s not) and sent to wherever you are in the UK. I regret to say that I do not send my work outside of the UK. Your package will be sent via Royal Mail, or Parcel Force if it is huge.
If you are worried that your package has been lost please contact me through my contact page.
Returns
If your order arrives in a damaged condition please photograph it and let me know via my contact page and I will either refund you or send you a replacement.
If you wish to return your order, for any reason, please return it to me in the condition you received it, with proof of purchase, within 14 days and I will happily refund you. Please try to send the item back in the packaging I sent the item in.
