“Do you do commissions?” Well, yes, sort of.  I make wee people and put them on driftwood to represent stories I have going on in my head. I am happy to put those same wee people together on driftwood to represent the stories you have going on in your head. 

Here are photos of my cast of characters. You are welcome to pick and mix from that cast to create a scene on driftwood that is particular to you. For instance, if you are a family of five with eight dogs, pick which adults and children you would like, choose your dogs, and let me know by sending me a note via my contact page listing the figures in the order you would like them and I will give you a quote.  

PLEASE NOTE, THOUGH… On my ‘About’ page there is a short video showing how I hand cast these figures in wooden moulds (I don’t cut them out from sheet metal as some people have thought). A mould takes me several days to make so, unfortunately, what might seem to be changing a small detail (hair, height, the ear on a dog etc) is actually ridiculously time consuming. Also, I’m no portrait artist and would make a terrible hash of trying to recreate your beautiful dog from a photo. Do by all means ask me if I might one day do something you can’t see on this page – like a particular breed of dog – because I do make new characters and you might just sow a seed that flowers.
